All help is welcome

The name of today’s post is self explanatory. In my quest to try to find an answer to everything I mentioned in this chronicle’s post nº0, time is running out for all the trip arrangements, to establish contacts, writing and the myriad of details that are involved. This is particularly true for those like me that can only dedicate a few hours of the day to all these issues.

Hence, it is my pleasure to announce that Ana Silva, Rui Monteiro and Rui Baptista will join these chronicles. Ana Silva and Rui Baptista will contribute for the editions of the English version of these chronicles, as they are originally written in Portuguese, and Rui Monteiro will keep his eyes open, searching throughout the web and selecting some news about Portuguese Acts performing in Austin and whatever that may be interesting to tell about SXSW'09.

Meanwhile, I’ve been preparing chronicle nº4 which unfortunately was not ready today. I’ve been trying to find out how Portuguese Acts behaved at SXSW in previous years, but so far the search has been almost fruitless… Guess you have to try again tomorrow and see if I found any new information to share with you.

For the time being, I invite you to visit Antena 3 Website (Portuguese radio station)and find out about the scheduled gig’s that Buraka Som Sistema will do accross the USA. This will happen three weeks after the SXSW'09 (sorry, in Portuguese only...):

In David Fonseca’s blog one can find a post dedicated to Zoe Strauss photography (the post itself is in Portuguese, but take a look at the links to Zoe Strauss's pages):
