Twenty-four hours later…the arrival to Austin. Here it is 9.30pm while in Lisbon it is 2.30am, which for who got up at 6.30am makes it a very long day.
There isn’t much to tell about the journey to Austin besides a big mess with the arrival and departure gates at Houston Airport and some delay later in the NY-Austin connection.
With some many hours locked inside plains there was time to do a bit of everything. Chat, read, watch films, write and take picture. The Continental Airlines entertainment system is quite updated and allows each passenger to choose between films, music, games and flight information. I chose two well known films: - The Dead Poets Society and Casablanca, to which I added the Bob Dylan Chronicles.

I still haven’t had time to finish the Henrique Amaro interview. I hope to publish it tomorrow...
The plan for tomorrow (March 18th) includes registering at SXSW’09 and the Clã, Nicole Eitner and Legendary Tiger Man performances.
Some more musicians playing tomorrow:
20:00 The Week That Was - Friends (208 E 6th St)
21:00 Ladyhawke - Stubb's (801 Red River St)
22:45 Peter Bjorn and John - Vice (302 E 6th St)
23:30 Dananananaykroyd - Dirty Dog Bar (505 E 6th St)
